A. BASIC TERMS

Peraduan Tonton dan Menang Awan Dania Musim ke-3
3. Brief Description of Contest/ Programme
Awan Dania 3 is a contest which tests contestants' on their knowledge of the show's content and to promote the show.
4. Brief mechanism of Contest
Eligible Contestants will be required to watch episode 12 – 15 of the Awan Dania 3 programme aired on the Astro Ria channel, compile their weekly answers, complete the slogan which will be provided in the final week and send in their entries to awandania3@astro.com.my.
The weekly questions will be uploaded on
www.astro.com.my/awandania3 every week after the end of each episode.
Slogan: " Awan Dania is an interesting series because...."(in not more than 50 words)
The Contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as may be notified or communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period.
5. Eligibility Criteria
a) The Contest is open to all Malaysians of the Age of Eligibility below who are active Astro customers during the Contest Period.
b) Contestants must be Malaysian citizens and must possess valid Malaysian Identity Cards.
"Active Astro customer" means a subscriber of the Astro Service and whose account is current and active with no outstanding payments due and owing to Astro and who has not breached the Astro subscription agreement nor given any instructions to terminate and /or suspend his/her subscription to the Astro Service as at the date of winner notification. Winners must remain active Astro customers until the date of collection of prizes.
6. Ineligibility
Employees of Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd, Astro Entertainment Sdn Bhd, Astro Production Sdn Bhd, Digital Five Sdn Bhd and Astro All Asia Network plc and their
*immediate family members;
7. Age of Eligibility
Age 18 and above as at 7 February 2011.
Contestants under the age of 18 years are strictly not allowed to participate in the Contest.
8. Charges
The Organiser does not charge for Contest entries submitted by Contestants.
9. Contest Period
The Contest shall be held from 7 Feb 2011 to 2 March 2011.
The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion.
10. Language of Contest
The Contest will be organized by the Organiser in the Bahasa Malaysia language only. Entries submitted in any other language will be rejected by the Organiser.
11. Entry Procedure
To participate, Contestants will be required to watch episode 12 – 15 of the programme, compile their weekly answers, and complete the slogan which will be provided in the final week.
All complete entries will then have to be submitted to awandania3@astro.com.my, attached with the following details:
a) Full Name (as in NRIC)
b) NRIC Number
c) Correspondence Address
d) Astro Account Number
e) E-mail Address
f) Contact Number(s) - Home/Office/Mobile Phone (at least one contact number must be furnished)
Note, the weekly questions will be provided through on-air promos during episode 12–15 and will also be available on
www.astro.com.my/awandania3 every week after the end of each episode.
The Organizer shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification and validation purposes.
12. Entry Deadline
Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 11.59pm on 2 March 2011.
Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes.
13. Mode
